Lender & Spender Wins Prestigious Annual Securitisation Award 2025

MILA 2024-1 is the inaugural true-sale securitisation of a 12-month revolving pool of unsecured consumer loans originated by Lender & Spender. This Securitisation Award recognition underlines Lender & Spender’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the securitisation market.

Outstanding Achievement

The Annual Securitisation Award recognizes exceptional performance in the industry, honoring a transaction, initiative, or organization that has made a significant positive contribution to the Dutch securitisation market during 2024/2025. Selection was conducted through a rigorous two-stage process. A distinguished independent advisory board, comprising senior professionals from across the securitisation industry, nominated three finalists: Tulip Mortgage Funding, Lender & Spender and EDML. Following presentations by each nominee at the event, which was attended by approximately 300 industry professionals, Lender & Spender emerged victorious through a popular live vote.

The prestigious award is jointly organized by Outvie and the Dutch Securitisation Association (DSA), reinforcing its standing as a benchmark of excellence within the industry.
